Error oxc18a0206, 0cx18a0206 could appears on these printers: C7180, C7280, C5180, C6180, C6150, Photosmart 3310, etc...
Solution 1:
- Press "*" et "#" at the same time
- Press buttons 1, 2 and 3: “support R0632M” will appear
- Press the button ">" to go in “information menu”
- Press the button ">" to go in “configuration menu”.
- Press "OK" to go in “hardware failure status”.
- Press "OK"; and the message “failure status: clear” appear.
- Presss "OK" to clear.
- Press the button "Cancel" 3 times
- Turn off the printer
- Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes
- Plug back and turn the printer on
Solution 2:
- Printer On
- Unplug USB cable
- Remove the cartridges
- Wait until the message "insert cartridge" appear
- Unplug the power cord
- Wait 5 minutes
- Plug back the power cord
- If the printer is still off, press the power button
- Insert cartridges
- Plug back USB cable
Solution 3:
- Printer on
- Unplug the power cord
- Wait 5 minutes
- Plug Back the power cord et press "#" and "6" at the same time
- Release both buttons when the printer stopped
- Switch on the printer
